Project Management Service – we can analyse engineers’, designers’, architects’ or structural engineers’ drawings to gain a precise understanding of your requirements at the beginning of any project or job. Using our experience across a broad range of sectors we use this opportunity to draw out any possible issues with design, delivery or installation on site or in the manufacturing production cycle. At the point of order your requirements are managed under the precise quality requirements of our Factory Production Control procedures (certified to BS En 1090-1). Your project is controlled tightly throughout ensuring requirements are met and delivered on time. Your sales representative remains your first point of contact throughout the project from beginning to end.
Consultancy Service (utilisation) – on a daily basis we advise on the availability of different steel sizes and grades. Using our experience serving customers across a broad range of disciplines we can offer the most cost effective solution – this may include optimising raw material usage; offering alternative grades to reduce machining time; or providing different cost options against alternative lead-times.
Consultancy Service (requirement review) – whilst we are not qualified engineering or structural designers we have extensive experience of different design methods and we can assist in understanding designers’ requirements to enable you to identify the right solution quickly.
Research Service – customers across all sectors frequently come to use with queries about the availability of steel grades that have been specified by designers.
