Our expanding saw cutting capability enables us to cut accurately, reliably and quickly to meet your requirements.

Cutting single pieces through to mass batch jobs our sawing capability includes:-

• 4 x fully automated band saws cutting ;
• 3 x semi-automatic/manual band saws;
• 2 x dedicated hacksaws;
• Square cutting up to 320mm diameter including engineering grade, S275/S355, stainless steel, brass and copper;
• Square cutting up to 600mm wide and 100mm thick in 080A15, S275, S355, + stainless steel grades 303, 304,316 & 420 series;
• Accurate cutting to meet your tolerance requirements – single cuts or mass batch supply down to a guaranteed tolerance of +/- 0.25mm;
• Angle/mitre/bevel cutting up to 60° angles including parallel and reverse angles;
• CAD drawing analysis to cross-check angle requirements;
• Large batch/multi-cut contract work
• Single cut jobs to meet the every-day requirement (same day cutting service available);
• Quality Control programme ensuring exact square and length tolerances are met and exceeded;
